Contributions to Haleigh Studer for Yuma County Clerk are subject to Colorado campaign finance laws.
Individuals may contribute up to $1,425 per election, including $1,425 for the primary election and $1,425 for the general election.
Contributions must be made from personal funds.
Prohibited contributors include corporations (including nonprofit corporations), foreign nationals, another candidate committee, certain LLCs, and lobbyists during the legislative session.
Contributions are not tax deductible.
If two individuals in the same household wish to contribute the maximum amount, each individual must make a separate contribution. For example, spouses may each contribute up to the individual limit, but each contribution must be made separately and signed by the individual contributor.
